That was so awesome. I loved the guy that said "How long has this been going on?" And the other guy said "he just dropped his papers a few minutes ago."
My favorite part was the guy on his radio "I can't move my car, there's hundreds of people frozen...ahhhh, nevermind". LOL! I can't stop laughing or watching it!
